pludoni comes from the Esperanto and means "to pass".
Since 2008, we manage communities. The goal of our members and partners is to strengthen the economic power in various industrial regions beyond corporate boundaries. We intensify this by our ability to develop online reputations of organisations, by making communications more efficient and by adapting our technical platforms to the increasing demands of the market.

Talents wanted and opportunities

We are very excited that you are interested in helping us expand the Empfehlungsbund! Our community is continuously growing, with over 400 members that we support, and new members joining every year. Our goal is to optimally assist these members in authentic employer branding, smart personnel marketing, and appreciative personnel selection. To achieve this, we regularly seek dedicated community managers and structured software developers, whether as working students or graduates. Good German skills at the C1 level are very important to us to ensure smooth communication.

Our small team consists of about 10 employees and is based in Dresden and Leipzig. We work closely together to achieve our goals and appreciate the flexibility that home office allows us. Therefore, a large part of your work can be done remotely. Nevertheless, it is important to us that your home base is near Dresden, Leipzig, or Chemnitz so that we can meet at short notice if necessary. All new employees of pludoni GmbH, the operator of Empfehlungsbund, are thoroughly trained by our experienced senior community managers and senior software developers.

Our working students particularly benefit from our practical support. We assist you with seminar and project work by helping you find interview partners for qualitative research. Additionally, we provide extensive and diverse datasets for quantitative research so you can successfully complete your academic projects.
