■ You foster adherence to agile processes and their correct implementation.

■ You support product development by driving constant reflection, ensuring the necessary transparency and promoting important changes.

■ You act as a coach to achieve continuous further development of the teams and create the necessary framework for discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution.

■ You act as an advisor to our product managers, helping them to identify and understand customer needs. Your role will be to support an agile approach to developing product vision and strategy that aligns stakeholder interests with our business objectives.

■ You work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

■ You ensure the continuous improvement and alignment of own software products by implementing a collaborative dialogue between product management, designers, engineers and stakeholders, and by tracking product success KPIs.

■ You will be an expert on agile product management, with the ability to take on the role of product manager and provide leadership if temporarily required.

■ You live and represent the agile values in the organization.

Convince us with your potential!
 

■ In addition to a degree (e.g. in business, engineering, computer science), you have initial experience in product management with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

■ Alternatively, you have already gained solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and are interested to develop further in software product management.

■ You have gained experience in the area of software / IT, ideally you even have knowledge of the SAP environment.

■ You have proven experience in the implementation of agile processes and have successfully transformed organizations in an agile way.

■ You are highly motivated and have good teamwork and moderation skills.

■ You are characterized by your analytical and structured way of working as well as your communication skills and your persuasiveness for agile working.

■ You communicate fluently in English, German language skills are an advantage.

■ Willingness to travel for approximately once a week to Cologne or Bielefeld is desirable
