Das Aufgabengebiet
- Delivering and establishing best-practice Business Process Design and Management principles and processes across SWO.
- Enhancing and improving the SWO-wide process landscape.
- Supporting the Team Leadership in the management of SWO-wide process governance.
- Management of additional resources involved in documenting the SWO-wide process landscape.
- Technical instruction in coordination with the Director Business Process Management.
- Resource management in coordination with the Director Business Process Management.
Focus of work
- Modelling of business processes in BPMN.
- Analysis, definition, planning, modelling and optimization of SWO-wide business processes.
- Promotion of efficiency gains and process quality through active process management.
- Internal consulting particularly consulting support to Process Owners during process implementation.
- Management of projects based on agile methods (SCRUM).
- Creation of backlog items; EPICs, user stories and tasks.
- Plan, execute and close sprints.
- Creation of concepts, documentation and decision templates.
Secondary tasks
- Active monitoring of Demand / Requirements Management.
- Production of summary reports for the COO setting out progress vs. plan, team utilization, focus areas.
- Communication requirements - as directed by the Director Business Process Management.
- Contribution to a Process Design training curriculum.

- Experience in business process analysis, definition, planning, modelling and optimization.
- Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally NAV and PSA.
- Experience in handling ticket systems, ideally ServiceNow.
- Pronounced interest in topics relating to IT.
- Business fluent English and German in speech and writing.
- An eye for processes and detail, structured, systematic and innovative working methods.

- Bizagi Modeler for process modelling.
- Atlassian Jira for agile project management.
- ServiceNow for demand management.
- Standard SWO suite of tools.
Formal requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in (business) informatics, computer science or comparable training.
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis and IT consulting as well as knowledge and experience in planning, development and operation of process modelling applications, such as Bizagi Modeler.
- Project management using Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Delivery of small to medium sized IT projects in an agile environment.
- Team player with the ability to pro-actively manage tasks and relationships.
- Good oral and written communication skills, proficient in both English and German, and able to explain complicated contexts.
